First Flame || Action in Nimbasa

flameofthedarkdragon[In a city like Nimabsa it's easy not to notice somethings. Like a new face for instance. For those who might be close to a particular area with trees by the entrance: they might stumble upon a lone Houndour, just sitting at the base of a tree. From time to time the pokemon will look up into the branches of said tree, looking up at her trainer. Who apparently refuses to come down right now.
Why?
Because he is trying to get a feel for the area. He's never been in a place with so many odd creatures. The people at the Entralink tried to explain stuff to him...but he didn't listen very well. Not his fault he doesn't trust people...okay it might be a little. Point is he didn't trust them so he all but ignored them.
Anyone who actually looks to see what the Houndour is looking at will see Hiei perched on a tree branch scanning the area. that is if they managed to surprise him. Which at the moment is entirely possible. So if you wanna surprise this guy now have fun.]
