It quickly shrinks back into none other than Ryuzaki however..! ...Somehow his clothes weren't harmed much. "Phew!" he laughs, grabbing the camera as he releases a few of his pokemon. "That was fun..!~"

[The video feed starts off full of static and not much even in the way of sound. Then, by increments, it becomes apparent that the feed has turned on by accident from inside of Loki's bag. This brilliant deduction is helped by footage of the device being taken out, and shown to someone else - someone with confused, hurt blue eyes, blond hair, and armour vaguely similar to Loki's own.]
