Eighth Card - The Bolt Badge! [Video]

 "WUAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!"

Those hooking up to the video feed will find both expected an unexpected sights as a trio of trainers take the roller-coaster off through Elesa's gym. Beside Yuuma, there seems to be someone with pale blue skin dressed in a poncho, giving about as much reaction as the one behind him, if not less. The one behind him in the meantime, clearly older than the two by about ten or so years, seems mildly surprised (or even confused), but not so much that he can't busy himself with keeping the emolga with him from jumping off the side in glee.

The one beside him in the meantime is having a mildly standard reaction to the rollercoaster...

While Yuuma screams.

"THIS IS SO COOL!!!~~"

Astral doesn't show it if he agrees. "Yuuma, shouldn't you focus on where we are going..."

"Eh?"

Eventually the coaster will come to a stop and whoever's watching will have the option of witnessing the challenge and, thanks to a calm-mind/stored power combo from his munna, talking to a Yuuma now in possession of a shiny new Bolt Badge..!

Elesa in the background seems to be rather coolly telling the others that they can't challenge her gym right now however. (She herself seems to be getting the quick response that they were merely here to watch.)

Did you try and call him while he was on a roller coaster..?

Or did you wait?

[[ooc - Since I again have two badge entries lined up, I decided to shorten things a little to prevent too much swamping on the main page; especially since I have an intro to make for another character, oops. If Loki or Subaru tag, they're obviously on 'action' though, okay?]]

Fifth Roll - Another Badge Bites the Dust

 For once, Otogi's transceiver didn't record the entire gym battle- how horrible..!

As it is, with a shudder and a click you'll just manage to catch the last bit of it. Otogi of course can't speak- it was only with a gesture that Audino got the 'command' to attack in fact, but Audino is poisoned and against Burgh's Leavanny even that is enough to bring him down. With a flash of light and a whistle to signal he's switching out, he's returned to the pokeball; and in its place, Scolipede charges.

"Scoli scolIIIIIII!" With the snap of his fingers venoshock is released- a torrent of poison drenching the Leavanny and bringing it stumbling back and out of the ring. The match is over.

And the video briefly clicks off as Burgh moves to congratulate his latest challenger.

It doesn't come on until much later, in the desert, accompanied by a text;

'I've managed to obtain the third badge!' it reads. 'I may have over trained somewhat, but I suppose that just means we'll be more prepared for the desert.'

Texting pauses, and Otogi takes a bite out of something. ...Is that...

Is that a poffin!?! 'As it is, how is everyone faring since the 'body swap' from before? Phione- the one under my care at least- seems to have an odd fear of water. Hardly a good thing for a pokemon requiring constant hydration. She's otherwise okay now, but I had to get her a float ring...' Ahhhhh...

While Otogi is texting, those with a keen eye may notice something that he and all his pokemon seem to be missing behind him; something with big wide eyes on a yellow face, and preparing to strike...

Uh oh.
