Player Plot - Jouney Through Desert Resort [Locked to Subaru & Emmet]
[[Note to the others- Responses of course, will come from Astral.]]
It was a strange feeling, sand passing through him. As an incorporeal being of course, technically he couldn't feel it at all of course. But he could see the sand come toward him and not stop, as it did when it blew over the others.
Subaru already had his poncho from the store on- in addition, his pokemon were either within their pokeballs or kept in check by Yuuma's own. Travelling along Route 4 had been the easy part, where the road had been relatively safe to traverse.
Now, however, they were in the Desert Resort- and reaching the building known as 'Relic Castle' would be easier said than done. Vicious winds blew sand around until it was impossible to see more than a few feet before them- And any single mound of it could be mistaken for the land that the ruinous building sat upon.
"Subaru," he called out, voice somehow still overpowered by the howling winds. Behind him, the pokemon were each doing their part to shield the other from the harsh winds- though Muzumuzu was relatively unaffected even he had troubles, a fact that had the psychic of the group doing her best to at least shield them from the worst, the tiny Kuribolt barely avoiding a fate of being blown away while Achacha acted as a wall. "Subaru," he repeated, looking to the boy. "How are you faring..??"

Coming to the next room they are met with a large staircase upward, followed by a hall. The walls are decorated sparsely, and as they walk, Astral stares at the light engravings across them. "Interesting... This area as well is untouched by sand..."
no subject
[Headed towards that staircase, then!]

Walking through the hall takes them to a smaller, and darker room with a spiraling stairwell in the center. From this point, it moves only upward. "Ah... It would appear this is our exit."

There's a bit of fumbling, but he does get them on eventually. The goggles are rather odd on him, but oh well... "In that case, let us head upward." Through the dark stair case...

Un, let's go!
[And up and up and up they go.]
no subject
And up...
And up...
And in the end, they come to a doorway leading outside... "Ah..." The pokemon bolt ahead and he stares. "That was far quicker than expected..." Indeed; for all the time they spent down there, it was likely only a day or so to leave.

"Tir..!"
...Eh..?
no subject
[And Subaru looks behind them. A...turtle Pokemon?]
Of course it wouldn't be that easy...
no subject
Instead it falls off the ledge in a heap and shuffles toward Astral in what appears to be a considerably happy manner. This... Strange light blue turtle... "...Tirtouga?"
The pokemon seems even more happy with that. "TIRRRRRR..!"
Come to think, the colours Astral has on him make him almost the same shade as...
...Oh.
no subject
[Welp.]
no subject
"TIRRR!"
"I do not even have a pokeball for it..."
no subject
[And digging through his bag for it now.]

[And tossing one over to Astral now!]

He turns to the tirtouga, the little one staring curiously for a moment. "Is this alright with you?" he asks. "You can return to your home if you like."
"Tirrr!!" Well, he doesn't move, so... Astral tosses the ball, and with a few clicks it locks; immediately after the ball is released, and the Tirtouga chirups again. "Tirrrrr, touuuuu..!"
"Well..." ...Now that that is done... "...We should head back to Castelia..."
no subject
[And off they go, trudging through the desert!]
