[ action for Striaton ]
[ Hazel has made it all the way to Striaton City. She's got her hood as far over her face as she can get it and still see where she's going. And she's just wandering around at random.
She is jumpy and avoiding all contact with anyone she passes by. She's even going so far as keeping at least a foot between her and anyone else. It probably looks suspicious to everyone who sees her even though she's not really up to anything.
The only reason she's braving the city is because she heard about getting gym badges being a possible way home.
No, she's not going to challenge the gym anytime soon. She's just trying to get used to being in a human city so she's not all nervous and stammering when/if she does.
She's kinda been making a squeaking noise and jumping away if anyone happens to brush against her accidentally. She might end up smacking anyone that intentionally touches her. ]

>Accidentally bump into Hazel
I heard there's a Gym here but...
[>You look around, trying to determine which building qualifies as such an establishment. In your carelessness, you bump into a hooded girl]
Ah! My bad! Are you alright?
[>You reach out to touch her shoulder but...]
no subject
...I'm fine.
[ And she nervously checks to make sure her hood is still covering her ears. ]
no subject
Phew. Sorry about that, guess I wasn't paying attention. I'm Narukami Yu.
[>You laugh nervously and extend a hand as a greeting]
no subject
It's alright I suppose. I wasn't really paying attention myself.
[She's relieved that she managed to not stammer but, she's just staring at his hand. She knows what it means she's just not one for unnecessary contact. ]
I'm... Hazel.
>Use japanese honorifics for no reason
[>You give one of your harem winning smiles. Who made up this term anyway? There's no way you can just be super suave everywhere, Yu.]
Oh, I seem to be a bit lost. Do you know where the Gym might be?
no subject
No. I haven't seen the gym yet.
[ She's not trying to be rude. She's just incredibly nervous and trying to hide it. ]
no subject
[>You determine that two heads are better than one. Or four eyes in this case.]
no subject
[ She looks at the ground and fidgets a bit. ]
Anyone that lives here could probably tell you right where it is.
[ Finding it now probably wouldn't be a bad idea but, she doesn't really like the idea of going off with a strange human she just met. And she's not really in a hurry. Looking forward to living at least several hundred years can make one not see a need to rush too often. ]
no subject
[>So you say, laughing nervously. It doesn't seem like a lot of people take kindly to otherworlders really]
no subject
[She trails off. This would be the first time she's met someone else not from this world if that's what he meant. ]
no subject
I'm not from this country, so new to everything really.
[>You catch on to something]
...You too?
no subject
Yeah. That must be why you're looking for the gym then.
[ She thinks if he's that new it seems like he wouldn't be ready for the gym yet... unless he's been training non-stop that is. ]
Seems hasty to go for that when no one is even sure it will work.
no subject
[>You shrug]
I just want to know where it is so I know where to go when the time comes.
[>You wink and smirk cheerfully]
no subject
[ She has never been winked at in her life and is probably taking it completely the wrong way because she is a little bit creeped out by it. She'll just take a couple steps back now. ]
no subject
Oh right.
[>You suddenly turn to Hazel, staring at her seriously]
What Pokemon did you get when you started out? I'm quite curious on how many different kinds there are.
[>...]
no subject
...It's called Eevee.
[ She's just stalling while she thinks of whether running would be a good idea. ]
no subject
Ah, an Eevee huh? Mine was...
[>You send out Izanagi, the Pawniard]
A Pawniard I think it's called. Interesting names they all have, huh?
no subject
Yeah... interesting.
[ And that sounded strained. Inching away now. ]
no subject
Ah! Stop that!
[>Isis decides to just sit on your head. Good girl.]
Uh, I guess I got this one a couple of days back. Ahaha~ It's called a Pidgey I think.
no subject
...You're not sure?
[ Still kinda inching away. Sorry. At the moment she finds it hard to trust any humans so, she thinks you might be up to something sneaky. ]
no subject

no subject
Well, I should go. Um... bye now.
[ She'll just back up a few steps before turning and walking away. ]
no subject
[>You felt your relationship with Hazel has grown]
[>Or formed, whatever]
