[Hello, Unova! Here on the video feed today is Jade Harley—only she's sporting a brand-new pair of dog ears and a fancy new outfit. There's an awkward, nervous-looking smile on her face and her Growlithe is running circles around her feet.]

Hehe, hey everybody! So...that dream I had wasn't completely a dream. [Her ears twitch, almost to emphasize this. When you wake up with the same extra appendages you were dreaming about having, you know there's something going on!] Hehe, that sure was one informative nap! I guess a lot has happened back where I came from. Everything is going to be just fine, though! Something is telling me tha—woof! [And immediately she clamps a hand over her mouth because oh god did that just happen.] ...I can't really control the woofs.

And check this out! [A wild diversion from the woofing problem appears! She adjusts the Xtransiever to show an empty Pokéball floating—yes, floating—between her hands. Slowly, she pulls her hands apart and the Pokéball actually grows in size as she does. She quickly has it back to normal size, though, and back in her bag.] Hehe, it's harder to do than it was in my...er, kind-of dream. Still!

Well, I guess anyone would have a hard time getting used to a whole new body part! And I have two sets of ears now, hehe.

Just a little bit! Aaaand...yeah, I think they do help with balance. I'm doing pretty well, though! Like I said, I just need to get used to them.

...Then I woke up at the entralink and they were gone. [...Somehow this makes sense- then again, Otogi might figure that if having those ears is normal then having them before not having them is too.]

...Wait, so you...lost your ears when you got here? [Perplexed Jade is every single kind of perplexed.] Umm, you kind of lost me!

[Oh- Ummmm... ...Well, he supposes this is just as odd.] Before I came into the entralink, I was turned into a zorua for some reason.

...When I got here, I was more or less human again though.

You were a human, and then you were a...Zorua... [she is like ninety percent sure that's a Pokémon] ...and now you're a human again? Is that right?

For the most part, yes.

...Have you been told of an ability that Zorua have? To shapeshift, that is?

Ummm, I think I've heard about it. They can...take the form of other Pokémon, right?

Close. They can take the form of any living being, though if the form remains too long, their tail is revealed.

Can you see where I'm going with this?

Oh! Ohhh, I get it! [Realization!] So you're a human who turned into a Zorua, but you're taking the form of a human! Is that right?

That's right!

I'm stuck though- I haven't been able to shift back. So while I'm still zorua, tail and all, I look almost entirely human.

Huh. That's so strange! Can you speak? Or are you just stuck barking or making whatever noise Zorua make?

[The video comes on, revealing Otogi's face- however, after a short wave...]

"Rrrf! Ar!" [Yea no.

Text comes in-] -Unfortunately not. I don't have the strength of a pokemon any more either, so it's quite a disadvantage.-

...Nope, I didn't catch a word of that. [She frowns and shakes her head.] So what do you think you're going to do about it?

[He shrugs.] -For now, text seems to work well enough- N is able to communicate with me as well, same with the pokemon themselves. ~~Not sure why N can...~~

Anyways. It's nice to meet you at least. [Bit of a smile there.]

Hehehe, nice to meet you, too! [She waves, too, as long as she's got him on video, too!] Wow, I wish I knew how to help you, though. I don't even know who you'd go to see about something like that...

"Hshshshshshs...!" [Evidently Zorua can chuckle.]

-It's fine! Pretending to be mute works well enough. I wouldn't know myself, so I suppose I'll just live with it. I might take the gym challenge too- still on the fence about it though.-

[That was actually a really funny-sounding chuckle and now Jade is giggling a little, but she snorts when she laughs so we're even.]

Oh, I've been trying the gym challenge, actually! [She starts to reach for her bag and then remembers that she has awesome First Guardian powers now, so she holds out her hand and a badge case appears in it! She opens it up and shows it to the screen. Inside is the Trio Badge!] I've only gotten one badge so far, though. There's been a lot else to do!
