Fourth Card - Clothes Make the Trainer

 It's been a strange few 'days' for the past bit thanks to all that dreaming, but Yuuma is happy to wake up fully refreshed and ready to get a move on. So maybe his back's a little stiff from sleeping under a tree on Route 3 but...

"Phaaaaaaaaa... Those were weird dreams..." Nonetheless, pushing on! He's wearing NEW clothes now! Though his jacket will be tied around his waist due to the weather of course. But hey! Wearing a decent t-shirt and jeans...

And shoes!

Those are kind of important.

A trilling sound comes from his side- the pokemon have woke up too, and they seem about ready to pack up themselves. "Ah- hah! You guys didn't have weird dreams too right..?"

"...Admittedly, I am considering that..."

"Eh?"

Eventually, Yuuma HAS to realize that he left his X-Transceiver feed rolling.

Sudden swarm of pokemon-

"AHHCK-"

[Okay, Subaru can't help it. He's laughing a little. So is War-Rock, although he's being a lot more blatant and raucous about it.]

"It looks like they like you a lot!"

"Bu'Ican'barelytalkthroughthem-"

Somehow, he gets his face through. "Ahhh... These are my other pokemon..! Muzumuzu, Galu, Achacha..."

"...Gey."

[And Subaru waves at all of them.] "Haah, that's a lot of different types of Pokemon...I'm not sure what I imagined they'd look like, but they really do look amazing!"

"They are..! Apparently, there's hundreds of others too!"

"Heeh, so many...and they're all so different, too..."

"Yea... Some people want to catch one of all of them too..!! But you'd have to leave them all in the PC then apparently..." The deck of cards back home made sense at least.

This did not.

"PC...does that mean the computers here work like the Pokeballs?"

[If so, that warrants an investigation. He really does want to find out if the Pokeballs works the same way that War-Rock turning his dad into Z-Waves does.]

Add an Astral to the pile of pokemon- GUAAAAAAH (wait he's noncorperal-).

"Somewhat. It would appear that a 'box' contains far more pokemon than a single ball."

"Errr- Apparently they store a lot more than one pokemon in each... And Get offfffff..!!!"

The pokemon, for the most part, listen thankfully. "Hahhhhhh... Ah- Neh, Subaru, what pokemon do you have with you?"

"Is that so..."

[Hm. Good thing he doesn't plan on catching many Pokemon, if any. How would he explain them if they ended up coming back home with him?!]

"Oh, I have a Pokemon that's called a...Riolu, I think!" [And he immediately lets it out of the ball into his arms. These Pokeballs are surprisingly easy to handle once you get the hang of it, considering what they do!]

"Riiiii!"

"His name's Rocky!"

"Ah, so that's riolu..."

"Yes- that is the pokemon we spoke about in the 'dream'."

"Rocky... heh! Cool!" he says after a moment. "I bet he's great at fighting..!" WELL, typing aside...

"Well, I haven't really looked up his abilities, but he's able to see War-Rock and Astral by sensing 'aura' somehow....and he's very stubborn."

"O-lu!" [That yip sounded a little indignant there.]

"He can see them too..?" Hohhh..

"I wonder if Kuribolt will be able to see 'War-rock'..."

[ryuusei_subaru]

"Well, the first thing he tried to do when we met him was attack War-Rock, so I'm pretty sure he can..."

[And Subaru 'hmms'.]

"We'll have to see if we ever meet up face to face, Yuuma-kun!"

"Un!" [And then he lets out a sheepish chuckle.] "I'm going to have to pull up a map at some point, though, if I'm going to have any clue where I'm going..."
