fourth flight - Nightmares in Dream World
[ITT: A deeper look at Iris and her fears. Also not Kirby. Though Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland was my first Kirby game! More fun facts about me!
For Iris, dreams are a kind of new experience. In her world, they'd been robbed from most by the man with the legendary, in his efforts to destroy their spirits without destroying them whole. However, she has had a few dreams. Of home... for her, she thinks dreams are just a way to see the path home.
So. For her, she thinks she is walking down the streets of Opelucid, her Pokemon safely in their Pokeballs. Her gym team - not the Pokemon she grew close to. They'd be waiting, right? That is, if she hadn't gotten home.
But something feels wrong. For Opelucid - the Black version... there were no lights. No signs of life - of the future. It was completly blacked out - exactly how it shouldn't be. Okay, Iris is a little scared.
The only sound is her footsteps, and the flapping of a Salamences wings. Looking at the ground, it looks like it's been ripped up. How? Perhaps by an underground Pokemon.

She wasn't even talking to Skyla. Something felt wrong here.
Weakly, she let out a call. For anybody.]
U-Uncle Drayden?
Lili? Blake?
[...]
...Anybody? Skyla, can you see anybody?
[The Samamence let out a grunt, and flapped her wings a few times - before taking off. She's gonna look for people.
Iris didn't want to be alone, though. Alone meant that she could be destroyed easier. Sure, she had Skyla's other Pokemon... but that was a sign of her failures. She ruined everything for the one who saved her, after all. But she was strong. She couldn't cry in a situation like this. She had to keep strong, for that girl. The one she saw in those other dreams, the ones of home. The person who might be the future hero of her world...
However, Iris doesn't notice the shadow following her, silently hovering off the ground. The strange, unknown-to-most Pokemon... Blazikas. (Seen here in a less creepy place.)
Note that, yes, Iris thinks this is real, just like her canon update dreams.
Of course, if you want to enter this dream, you can have just... appeared near to her. Or just in the blacked out, dead-feeling city in general.]

-not entirely sure if dream mixing happens or no- -shrug-
I thinkthe jacket's around his waist... <-< ]]He'd thought he was dreaming just a few moments ago. It had to be have been a dream- duels were happening and super-imposing with pokemon battles, people he recognized from one world slowly becoming replaced with another...
And the duels would throw him back, and Astral was telling him to give in before his friends met their deaths but he was his friend too wasn't he and....
Time had stopped just like before. In the entire city, as three suns, each from another world appeared. But the more he walked and ran this time, the more the city twisted and changed and the more it became somewhere else. A dead place, black and cold.
Cold enough that he's tempted to put that jacket back on, though he doesn't. It's weird... Astral is gone, the pokemon are gone... "Hooooooiiii! Anyone here...!?" ...Was that really the best idea?

Oh- It's not going based on the game's seasons anymore? (Or was I off one month...)
it's been two months - one season - working on a calender page to make it easier to see at a glance!
That should help yea- I'd thought it was still on the 'one month' system the games had. xD
hehe, yeah, just gotta get kibi to give it a look over and then it'll go live!
:D!

That is, other than the girl he abruptly notices standing not too far from him.]
... Iris? [But something else catches his attention the next moment: the strange shadow hovering behind Iris. N can only stare in confusion, trying to determine what exactly it is. A Pokemon? Reluctantly, he begins to follow the pair.]

Nope this isn't weird at all
He's searching for any sign of life when he hears soft footsteps. One hand on his concealed gun, Naoto slowly inches closer to the source of the sound. He doesn't relax when he realizes that it is merely a familiar looking girl, however. There is an ominous shadow trailing her, and he decides to collect more data before formulating a conclusion about it.
yeah of course not
