FINALLY THE EVENT
WELCOME TO THE RELIC CASTLE
I shall be your guide and snarky narrator - replying to most comments with a bit of humour - acting as your Game Master for this adventure though this castle. The goal? To explore and find the Dark Stone. There are seven stories, and you will need to get to the bottom. Please note that if we don't wrap this up by Halloween, the Pokemonfication event will still be happening.
How this is gonna work? There's gonna be comments down there. When somebody solves the floor, then the next floor will go up. Simple? I sure hope so!

Sounds good!
[His grin fades at Paprika's question, to which he merely stares for a moment.] Is... that a robot. No! [Oh, he's surrounded by idiots!] It's a Baltoy. A Pokemon. [The things he has to put up with! Shaking his head, he lifts his arm to prod a button on his Xtransceiver. The screen lights up, and he holds it out slightly. It doesn't cast much light, barely more than Baltoy's natural luminescence, but it's better than nothing.] And there isn't a map, that'd just be too simple, wouldn't it! Did you find anything stumbling around down here in the dark, Resix?

No, boss. It's too dark to see the nose on my face. But, [He leans in and drops his voice.] I think I caught some movement. It's really hard to tell.

I'm Paprika, remember?
[It's not like she'd remember their names immediately, so she's by no means offended.]
WOOPS
[Miror pauses thoughtfully at Proto Man's report. After a moment, he walks forward into the darkness, casting about with his luminous Xtransceiver screen. Baltoy floats silently behind him, occasionally spinning around in a slow circle, seeming somewhat nervous. After a few steps, Miror glances over his shoulder at Paprika and Proto Man.] Remember? I'm not sure I do, darling. Fuhoho! Don't worry, I'll remember it from now on. After all, we're exploring buddies now. [He grins deviously then turns back to the darkness, lifting his arm above his head.] Anything in here? Any ghosties or nasty Krookodiles? Come out, come out, wherever you are!
[He taps his foot loudly and impatiently on the stone floor, and, without looking back at his companions, gestures in exasperation at the thick darkness.] You two start looking for a way downstairs. I'm getting oh-so-tired of this dreary expedition.
HEY HERE I AM RUINING YOUR POST OVER
OKAY GET BACK TO YOUR ORDER.

[The light from the Xtransceiver isn't going to cut it for Proto Man. Maybe one of the Pokemon he got earlier could do something. He fishes the two out of his bag. Upon releasing them, he's greeted by… a lobster and a dog. Okay.]
You. [He points to the Corphish.] You're Armstrong. And you. [He points to the Growlithe, which responds by shooting a jet of flame at him. Proto Man falls backwards, but smirks.] You're our solution. [He recalls Armstrong and stands up before addressing Paprika.] I'll take the left, you take the right. Sound good?
FFFT it's all good, guys :>
Bwuh? Uh, mkay, just a sec.
[Since he's sending out his Pokemon, she figures that doing the same would probably be good. Fumbling a bit, she digs out her Pokeballs and releases Old Man, Robin, and Nugget, figuring that they'll at least make good company. Besides, Old Man and Robin have proved more than a few times that they're smarter than she is when it comes to this adventuring business. Robin perched reassuringly on her shoulder, Paprika glances up at Mirror B.]
So, you just gonna stay here, man?

He frowns and spins around to address Paprika, giving a quick glance at her motley crew of Pokemon. They seem... not particularly impressive. That Darumaka is all right, though, might be worth trying to snag before this thing is done. He studies it briefly before looking up at Paprika.] No. I'll take the middle, then, won't I? Oh-so-much ground to cover. This castle of theirs is depressingly large.
[His Baltoy chimes a quiet note and Miror looks back at it, somewhat concerned. He grins after a second, though.] And just full of Pokemon, isn't it? Yes...! [He waves Xtransceiver about randomly, the small rectangle of light flickering around weakly.] Oh, I think we might be simply surrounded! Is that right, Baltoy? [Another hollow chime from the psychic Pokemon. Miror turns away from Paprika and marches forward into the darkness.] Well, ghosties, I'm oh-so-sorry but we are on a very tight schedule here. Find that staircase, you two! Let's go!
