Either for Breeding or Training, get one of those as soon as you can! You'll need them for HMs, and if you plan on travelling, you'll need those!

I think those ones end up water type... I haven't been to Viribank yet, but apparently there's plenty of water there; so you might have good luck going after the badges near Aspertia first then.
