The Eevee Hazel dropped earlier is looking unhappy so she takes a few seconds to soothe it and give it a poffin. She doesn't pick it up this time though. It would be bad if something happened that made her have to drop it again or something.

"I should've been watching her better." She blames herself for not making sure her naughtiest Pokémon didn't get in trouble. "Did she scratch you at all?" She has to ask since she can't really see the top of his head.
