EVENT - DRAGONSPIRAL TOWER

At last the rescue party has reached their destination- those in the tower will need to wait no longer!

...Right?

Waiting outside the tower, the Rescue Team will find a small group of familiar and unfamiliar folk whose faces have not gone unnoticed- it's not at all unlikely that those of Icirrus would mention the Elite Four coming to their aid after all!

The somewhat ruined tower stands tall before the group, and the sky above darkens, the already blizzarding sky becoming grim. A bellowing roar sounds from above, and at the base of the tower a choice must be made!

Enter and risk attack, or find another way?

[[ooc - The last of the event posts! If others so wish, they can return to their regular thread habits- Iris will be flying everyone back to their destination of choice on the 21st! Many apologies for the delay in posts and threads recently; real life brought a bit of a storm itself. It's since calmed however, so we're back on track, and come Christmas it'll be well worth the patience!]]

Estelle hadn't realized there were even more people coming to help. Turning her head, she located Iris and asked the obvious question.

"Um... who might these people be?" the princess whispered to Iris, gesturing to the Elite 4. It's not like their appearance was distinctly registered in the books she read in Nacrene anyway.

Iris, however, looked a mix of excited and cheerful.
"Those are the Elite Four - the best trainers ever! Higher then the league, but lower then the champ!"

"Oh wow! I guess this means the problem is quite big, but we have to rescue the people inside right? Shall we go then?"

Sephiroth paid little attention to the Elite Four. To him the amount of time they'd waited to take action showed little regard for the outsiders that had been taken. Even if the Pokémon responsible didn't intend to harm them he could see some ways that they could suffer from being kept here. For one he doubted they'd been prepared to spend several weeks in a cold stone tower.

He wasn't sure he was going to take the same course of action as the rest of the group. Examining the tower gave him the idea to perhaps fly to the top from the outside as there appeared to be a hole or two in the wall. It wasn't as if he cared if people knew that he could fly.

Still, he'd wait to at least see what the others planned to do before he took off.

Meanwhile, at the top of the tower

Repeated attempts to heal Keldeo didn't seem to be doing much good at all. Perhaps it was marginally better and somewhat calmer but, at this rate it would take half a year to see significant improvement in its condition. At least it seemed to be keeping it from getting worse so, it was worth it to keep trying every few days.

But, Hazel was tired. She really didn't have enough energy for this. It was starting to wear her down and it was quite likely that she was getting sick. Maybe she should have spent more time curled up with her giant fire puppy to keep warm.

And, judging by that roar, something was going on outside but, she wasn't getting up to try to see since their kidnappers got kind of cranky if it looked like they were going to try to leave.
