EVENT - The Rescue Team [Action - Mistralton]

 It's been some time since the kidnapping at Nimbasa- however no longer will people simply sit by idly! Arriving in Mistralton comes a flock of flying types, carrying various people who have agreed to join along on a rescue effort!

...What do you mean Mistralton isn't the closest city to Dragonspiral Tower?

Regardless of preferences of travel, after word of the rescue effort gets out, mass orders to shut down the gyms of Unova and do their part are sent as well- from the current date until successful rescue, no challenges will be taken; though the stores are assuredly still running, which is good for the restocking rescue crew.

Perhaps they'll pick up some more people in this city? Perhaps not.

I'm looking for someone I was travelling with. Yuuma-kun, ah, I don't know if you've met him before. He's a few years older than me, with black and pink spiky hair, and red eyes...and very loud.

Have you seen him around here? We're supposed to be leaving with the others soon, and knowing him, he's likely going to be late somehow if I don't find him...

"I don't believe I have but, perhaps Minerva can help you look." It would give her something to do besides crawl all over him at least. And she seems to be happy to help. With a cheerful squeak she jumps back to the roof and starts running around to see if she can spot Yuuma from there. If she sees him she might be likely to jump on his head though.

"It's no trouble. Minerva enjoys being helpful." And they don't really have much else to do.

Minerva can be heard occasionally making a random noise as she hops around on the roof of the center while she tries to look in all directions.

[He looks amused as hears the Emolga making noises, but then he looks up at Sepiroth with a curious expression.]

Are you coming to help the others too?

Sephiroth's Absol decides to stop lurking to sit nearby and just stare at him expectantly. Sephiroth barely glances at him before responding to Subaru's question.

"Fair seems to believe I should." It's likely that he will. Icirrus City was his next destination anyway so, it doesn't really interrupt his plans.

[He caught that glance, and now looking at the Absol. A blink, and then a smile. So cool!]

Sephiroth smiles slightly.

"So it seems." It shows a little bit that he's fond of them anyway.

Fair is going to have a closer look at you now, Subaru. He tilts his head curiously as he looks up at you. Absol in general don't have the friendliest looking faces but, this one at least has a sort of warm look in his eyes. Like maybe he wouldn't mind if you wanted to pet him.

[Subaru's never seen an Absol before, so he just finds it fascinating to look at, even if it does look a little scary.]

Fair will lean a little closer to encourage Subaru and hum in contentment. He gets enough attention from Sephiroth when they're traveling but, it's nice to interact with other people sometimes.

Minerva peeks down at them from the roof and makes a questioning sound. She looks a little disappointed. She can't seem to spot Yuuma.

"Take a break, Minerva." She takes that as permission to jump down and climb on Fair to say a better hello to Subaru. The way Fair puts up with it suggests he's used to her climbing on him.

[Subaru giggles when Minerva starts climbing all over Fair, it reminds him a lot of the dynamic between Yuuma's and his Pokemon, sometimes.]

It's okay, Minerva. Yuuma-kun never can seem to stay still in one place sometimes, I wouldn't be surprised if you couldn't find him right away.

Hope you don't mind if she jumps on your shoulder and gives the side of your face a hug because that's what she's going to try to do. Sephiroth doesn't bother to tell her to behave. She'll stop on her own if Subaru seems bothered.

"It is likely he'll be able to catch up later if you don't find him before you have to leave." Yuuma seems energetic enough not to have much trouble with that, at least.

Nn, probably. He'd probably get lost on his own, but Astral's with him, and Loki-san too, I think.

Minerva is gonna just cuddle your face until she has a reason to stop. She's giving off just a tiny bit of static. Not enough to hurt but, enough to be a bit tingly.

"Then he'll be fine even if he gets left behind for a while." Sephiroth is used to Minerva's antics so, they don't really distract him.

I suppose so. But I really can't help but worry, you know?

[Sheepish grin goes here, at least until Minerva starts giving off static. Then it's just a little jump of shock before he giggles again. He's used to tiny shocks like that, thanks to Leo.]

"It is natural to worry about friends sometimes." Bad memories there. The change in his mood is subtle but, Minerva knows him well enough to notice. She gives Subaru's cheek a pat before Jumping back to Sephiroth. He reaches up to rub her ears when she drapes herself on his shoulder.

[Subaru doesn't know Sepiroth that well to notice a subtle change like that, but he still can't help but fidget a bit-he really can't help worrying, and the atmosphere does feel a bit different now. Kids can sense these kind of things, you know?]

Fair will give Subaru a hopefully comforting nudge.

Sephiroth is not an optimist but, that's no reason to discourage a kid.

"It is likely we would be able to catch up withing a few hours if we don't find him before the rest of the group leaves." Yeah, that means he'll stay to help if you need him to. The idea of traveling with the larger group the whole time doesn't appeal to him anyway. This is an excuse to hang back a little.

Minerva nods excitedly and makes an agreeing sound. She'll help too!

"Not at all." He doesn't like to be idle for too long and who knows how long it'll take for everyone else to be ready to go.

"Now how long have you been looking for him?"

Since this morning. I could have sworn that he and Astral were going to prepare...

"I see. Then they could be anywhere in the city." Yuuma couldn't have decided to leave already, right? Astral would have stopped him at least...

"I believe it was a young lady named Iris that offered to be a guide. Perhaps she's seen them." If only because she'd probably be the one to go to if someone was wondering when they were going to get moving. Yuuma might just be impatient enough to bother her. Maybe. Sephiroth doesn't really know him well enough to guess with too much accuracy.
