united_one | Tenth Shooting Star - Finally, the city of the sky! [video/action]

[Well, after much distraction, elopements, and exploration, the travelling group of Yuuma, Astral, Subaru, and Loki have finally managed to make it to Mistralton some time ago. Naturally, Yuuma's first course of action was to go to the Gym...meanwhile, Subaru has holed himself up in the Pokemon Center's lobby, unaware of where either Loki or Astral have gone off to.

He spends some time looking at the strange glowing stones that he collected from Chargestone. He didn't take many, just a few, but even with so few samples for his extensive time there he isn't lacking in observations or theories.

A few moments more, then he turns on the video feed.]

Ah, hi, everyone! Have any of you ever been to Chargestone Cave before? It's really fascinating! The stones there...

[A pause. He's not sure how to continue for a bit.]

They give off a similar Denpa-I mean-electromagnetic energy...like we use as a power source back home. Even just holding it close to my Hunter VG- [and he pulls out said device, holding it close to one of the stones and letting the video show how its holo-screen lights up] - makes it turn on. But I can't use the Hunter to connect to anyone here, or back home, so it's kind of useless at the moment. I was wondering if it was possible to maybe combine it with my XTransciever, or update it with similar programs...it's more comfortable to me and I wouldn't have to carry around two different devices all the time...but I wouldn't know where to begin with that.

And I could be solid again, ne, Subaru!

[It's highly unlikely anybody heard War-Rock, unless they can hear and see energy beings on his plane, but Subaru tilts down his odd green glasses to look to the side where the alien is anyway.]

Ah, that's right, War-Rock... [Back to the screen.] As it is, the stones on their own are just really fascinating! They seem to have an energy limit, but giving them to Leo seems to charge them right back up after a little while...it's like they thrive on some kind of electromagnetic energy...I wonder how the cave generates it...it's just all really fascinating!

[Somebody interrupt him before he gets into his stride, please, or he'll keep babbling on inanely as such.]

Astral, now the proud babysitter of TWO phione (evidently Loki gave him his), has appeared behind you Subaru.

"Aaah- Have you perhaps seen Yuuma at all?"

Eh? You didn't go with him, Astral? I bet he's probably gone to the gym, though, it would sound like him to do that...

"Ah- the gym?" Um.

"I believe it is closed until evening." UM...

Eh?! Doesn't that mean that Yuuma-kun went over there for nothing?!

"So it seems." He doesn't seem very affected by it. "Perhaps it will keep him from running off so soon next time, however."

Hasn't he done this in all the towns though, regardless of the consequences?

[Subaru has the feeling this isn't going to stop Yuuma-kun any time soon.]

Nn, sorry. What do you think he's going to do once he finds out it's closed, though?

I haven't been there yet... [ She's been distracted from exploring by the contests. ] So... I guess stones storing elemental energy isn't a normal thing... [ She doesn't really think it's that odd... She's heard of some pretty odd magics in her world though. ] Sounds like something to see.

Not here, it isn't! Even with all the amazing things Pokemon can do in this world, Chargestone Cave is a super unique place! It's really pretty in there, Hazel-san, you should definitely explore it if you can!

I think I will after the contest results are announced. [ It would probably take her over a week to get there but, she was thinking of traveling after the contest anyway. ] I wonder if the Pokémon that live there have anything to do with the charged up stones.

There are some weird ones there, Hazel-san. I didn't catch any from the cave, but there were Pokemon like...Klink, which apparently just appeared out of nowhere in that cave, and they look like two gears! No organic material at all! They're steel-type, but they use electric attacks-and there are other Electric-types too!

Astral and I were wondering if it had anything to do with the cave's special location too, it was like putting the stones back into the earth revitalized them, even if they were damaged!

[She hasn't had a chance to see something quite like Klink yet. It sounds kind of like something animated by magic to her. Except more alive. ] Wow... [ Subaru seems so excited about the whole thing. ] I wonder if it's been researched much... [ Someone had to have tried to figure the place out before, right? ]

Unn, when I talked to the Professor back in Nuvema Town, she mentioned the place because her dad really liked researching the Klink over there...I haven't seen him around, though.

Maybe he's taking a break. I guess the Professor probably didn't talk about where he lives...

Ehe, she didn't! If I do meet him, it'll be great, but until then, I dunno if he could help with what I'm trying to figure out anyway...it's less about the stones and more about how I could utilize them, anyway.
