That was a pretty eventful month, dontcha think? So! What's happened these last couple of weeks? 

[There's a pause, as though he's waiting for answers, before he realizes something. He ducks off-screen for a moment and when he comes back on, it's with his badge case.] By the way, check this out! [He almost instantly flips it open, showing not one, but two badges. Looks like someone's been pretty busy.] Okay, now that that's out of the way, what's new with you guys?

[Initially, Rua's going to find that the transciever that picked up on his feed shows nothing but a curious lilipup face, joined by a cheery squeally tepig. As the barking and oinking goes on however, he might hear a familiar voice...]

Get away from it! [Is that who Rua thinks it is? Surely it must be!]

[Rua doesn't get so much a direct answer as a confirmation in the way of noted shock; it's hard to tell when your face absorbs most light, but given how wide his eyes just got...]

[That strange noise? The odd bird-ish cry that is the equivalent of Jack yelling. And Rally? Guess who's clambering all around your feet right now, Rua.]

We sat in the dark for days, here. It was great.

[He's smirking because he's glad you didn't get eaten by ghosts or something, Rua. And only side-eying those badges a little, since he still hasn't gotten off his butt to win his first.

Err, we basically sort of did the same thing on this end. Except we got to Nacrene City somewhere in between.

Yup! I got the second one just a couple days ago! Phantom over here helped with that. [He gestures with his head to the Haunter, who waves. Also, the Charmeleon's pushing her way into view a bit more.] Oh, yeah! Rean and Magnen evolved, too!

[He gives a stationary wave back to the Haunter. Definitely seems friendlier than the spookybro he picked up.]

Heh, good job. You must've been busy. We've just been camping in Striaton for...

Yeah! They're super-useful when you battle Lenora, the gym leader here. Her attacks won't do a thing--uh, mostly. Steel-types will do pretty good too!

[He tilts his head a little at the second part.] Well, Crow and Hakuryuu wanted us all to hurry along, so. Yeah. But you should hurry up! There's some pretty neat stuff in Nacrene City!

I hope we'll get going soon. Everything here's gotten old...do you know how close Nacrene is?

[He could look it up himself, now that the maps are back, but nahhhhh.]

... Uh, if I remember correctly, it's like... a three-day walk? Shouldn't take too long though! [Something about his tone still says "C'mon, hurry up!"]

[And that's if they can even get going soon...! Trying to get around with this much sakka and not much in the way of responsible adults is like herding Meowths. Nevermind that he's one of them.

I dunno, it kind of depends on when Crow, Hakuryuu and Yuusei want to get going.

I think the only one who'd complain about sticking around here would be Hakuryuu? But he's been going off on his own lately, so I dunno. Either way, it'd be cool to meet up in person or something, so I can see if my group can hang around Nacrene for a while longer before we head off to Castelia City.
