[The video feed flicks on to show a battle between Colette's Growlithe, Holly and what appears to be a wild Eevee!

It leaves the question as to who's manning the Xtransceiver, but an accidental slip of blue paws shows that it's the blonde's Riolu.]

Don't give up, Holly! Use Ember! [Looks like the battle's still going, if only for a little while...]

[ Sephiroth is somewhere with a lot of books. He's taking a break from research and somehow her post caught his attention. His own Riolu is trying to look over his shoulder. ]

Hmm.

[ He's curious to see if she's going to catch the Eevee. ]

Estelle happens to be examining the postal service in Mistralton but always likes to cheer on newcomers, even though she hasn't done it in a while.

"You can do it!" Her words slipped over the screen, hopefully not breaking Colette's concentration.

[-- Oh!! It's that cute Colette-san he spoke with a while back, and is that...!?]

A-an Eevee...!
Try to c-catch it, Colette-san!

[Don't let it faint! ;A;]

[Seimei is just out of the camera's view, watching the fight with serene interest.]

Careful, if you're planning to catch this one -

Now follow it up with Bite! [The Growlithe launches herself at the Eevee, clamping down on its tail with her jaws. The Eevee lets out a shocked noise before turning around to try to shake Growlithe off.

She's not really aware that Sephiroth's paying attention.]

[Oh! That was that nice Hayami boy! Her eyes flick over to the Xtransceiver and she smiles brightly.]

I plan to! [She turns back to the battle, where the Holly the Growlithe is dodging a tackle from the Eevee.] Okay, use Bite next!

Right! [Her eyes flick over to Seimei, and then back to the battle.]

Holly, use Bite next--but try not to get carried away! [She readies an empty Pokéball for when she deems the Eevee worn down enough, watching the battle intently.]

[He can't help his grin as he watches her battle - it's still amazing to watch Pokemon in action!

He... might even be cheering her on a bit too, if she listens in --]

[ Sephiroth thinks her current task is one she should be able to complete even with the small distraction of a short comment so, he's not going to stay silent just for that. ]

It shouldn't take too much more than that.

[After a while, Colette finally gives a sharp whistle, similar to a command for the Growlithe to stand down. When the Growlithe does, Colette throws a Pokéball at the worn out Eevee.

As the brown Pokémon's pulled into the ball, one could almost tell that Colette's holding her breath.

One shake, two...]

[Colette turns her head towards the Xtransceiver, still keeping an eye on the battle.] Ah! Right!

[She turns back to the battle, watching her Growlithe continue to cling onto the evolution Pokémon's tail.]

[He's holding his breath right along with her, his fingers crossed - an Eevee would be perfect for her, and he knows it...]

[ Not much more to do besides wait for the result. She seems to be doing well enough that advice or encouragement won't be necessary. ]

[Her travel companion, meanwhile, turns his eyes idly back and forth between the fight and the Pokédex feature on his Xtransceiver.]

Haha, how cute.

[He says as Holly chomps down on the Eevee.]
