I'm lost.

[You can actually hear the Pokemon sigh as Kurt grins sheepishly, scratching his cheek with his free hand.]

Does anyone know how to get back to the city from here? My dragon form is too small to actually fly up, so I can't figure it out that way.

No, not really! I thought there might be something interesting here, but it's a lot harder to look around when you can't fly.
