[It sounded painful for Crow to talk about this, and he can imagine how...But even so, it seems like things went very differently for this Crow than he knows, and he is admittedly not sure if overall things went better or not.]

Of course you are. [And Yuusei looks admittedly almost cowed by the sudden excitement.] I assume something about ghosts prevented you here.

"Ah..." Awkward. "Y-Yea... Between Kiryu, and the issue of Pearson's murder..."

...What the hell is Kiryu doing in your answer about dead people.

Pearson? I thought he had died in a fire?

And Kiryuu? [Ghosts and Kiryuu...? That didn't sound good at all...]

"Yea, he died in a fire... ...And deaths like that..." He shakes his head. "Sometimes, when a spirit comes back they forget who they were. ...In the process of making him remember, I got burned up pretty bad." Awkward laughing there...

Uh. "Oh- Yea... Since he died too far before we fought the Dark Signers, the Crimson Dragon wasn't able to revive him... But apparently, he wasn't able to move on either. He absorbed the power of the earthbound god he had, and then another shaman had him bound to a charm..." Tsk tsk tsk... "Mahhhhh, that was just a mess..!"

Dead? [And Yuusei looks grieved here.] Where I come from, all of the Dark Signers save for the two Godwins were revived...and you say your Kiryuu wasn't able to move on? Not even after...

Nod nod nod. "Yea! He's competing in the same tournament I was at actually- the 'Shaman King' tournament."

"Er... If it helps, the you in my world was just as worried..." AWKWARD. "Actually, when I found out he couldn't move on, that was why I went to where he was... It wasn't until I saw him again that I was absolutely sure..."

[There's a few more moments for him to actually accept the fact that his friend really is dead, but the fact that he's happier now...it makes him feel somewhat better.

Hey, even if it isn't from his world, he can't help but feel that same concern...]

Shaman King Tournament?

"After the tournament, I'm going right back into dueling though..! I'll get my name out there somehow..!~ My best technique even uses the Blackbird!"
