[ Hazel looks a bit sad. She's been thinking a lot lately and she has an odd question. Which she is slightly hesitant about.]

Have you ever been... afraid to be what... or um, who you are?

[ There are a lot of things she could mean. Afraid due to pressure, expectations or prejudices... or actually afraid of abilities tied to what you are. ]

I suppose that would depend on what the 'what' and 'who' are. There's a lot of things that make a person who they become after all!

[ She doesn't really want to reveal what the 'what' is for her yet but... ]

Well, um... if the what is something you can't control...

[ She feels awkward just revealing that she has a 'what' she keeps to herself. ]

[Oh.] Well. Then now it really depends on what 'what' effects, I should think. [Urk. fAITH IN OWN FATE... FAILING...]

[ Nervous fidget. She's not so good at talking about something while trying to hide exactly what it is. ] Just how people respond to me I guess.

Well, that's not as bad as you would think. It's always hard when there's some old image stuck on top of you, but that just means you need to prove them wrong!

That's easier said than done. [ Hard to prove people wrong when they're right at least some of the time. And that some of the time generally involves someone with powers nearly destroying or taking over the world. ]

[Try being the reborn self of someone who actually tried that first one. Multiple times. And very nearly succeeded in the former. uh...]

Well, it's never a good idea to think it'll be 'easy'. That's why there's reason to try in the first place after all. But given enough effort, it'll definitely work! [And if it doesn't then... ...He'd rather not think about that, because it definitely WILL work, yes.]

...What if they're not wrong? [ She's not old enough to have seen someone try taking over but... her mother can be kind of careless when it comes to using her power. ]

What if they are? [That's not an argument..!] Only you can show them that! And you definitely don't seem like you're going to try taking or destroying anything if you're worried about it.

A lot can chan... [ She was going to say a lot can change in a lifetime but... ] ...I didn't say anything about destroying anything. [ Did he guess what she's hiding? Was that just a random shot in the dark? Either way she's super nervous now. ]

You asked about world domination and world destruction, so I'd say that's destroying really. But that's the point- just because someone says you're destined for something, doesn't mean you have to listen!

If it's not what you want, then just prove that you're capable of good instead!

Erm. Not that I'm saying that about you of course. [Ahahahahaha.]

Maybe it's just my world then. It's definitely a plausible worry for some in my world.

Well this is a shot in the gut for Estelle, so she feels obliged to answer.

"For myself, I would say there was certainly a time where I had this exact feeling... What brings this up?"

[ Slightly hesitant. ] I've just been thinking a lot... about home.

"Oh um... bad memories...?"

Something like that... I guess.

[ She kind of wants to tell people certain things but, she's scared they'd act the way people home would. ]

Well this was a pinch, how do innocent princesses comfort people?

"U-um... w-well if you feel like it you can give me the... general idea? Oh! O-or I can tell you what happened to me or... oh dear.."

Estelle was panicking, well there goes that plan.

[ Noo, don't panic! Aaa... ]

Ah. It's not that bad. Really.

Just curious if I'm the only one that feels this way sometimes. [ All the time. Not saying that though. ]

Princesses panic I think this is what they do. Well Estelle does it a lot. Okay maybe not really.

But she's panicking anyway whoops.

"Oh! Well um..." Estelle looked a little guilty, pushing her fingers together. "...even when I was down on myself, I had some very good friends who helped me get back to who I am a-and u-um... I know I've just met you b-but I think I can at least help you talk about things, maybe."

I don't know if I really want to talk about it in detail. [ She knows people here aren't likely to go nuts on her for being what she is but, just so used to hiding it. ] I know I don't want to through video though.

"Ah, well um... maybe you can start with the... kind of problem...? Like your power was so great it threatened the balance of the world... or it was something you'd rather die for than to be used for horrible deeds... Oh! Um... sorry, that was a bit... heavy... ehehe..."

A nervous laugh, but that's all she can say, so the princess thought.

Well... It's more of a prejudice problem. [ Hazel frowns thoughtfully. It actually has potential to become the kind of problem Estelle described. If Hazel ever becomes that powerful anyway. ]

"Ah... so it's something like that..." Estelle sighed, furrowing her brow in disapproval. "That must have been hard on you..."

I guess it was. It's not something you could tell by looking but, I was always afraid someone would find out. Still am here... [ She looks away from the camera. ] Even though I have reason to believe no one would mind. [ She knows it's silly but, just can't bring herself to be open about it. ]

"A secret that would make others hate you... Did you... get used to always hiding it... or is it still difficult...?"

Too used to it. I'm nervous just saying that there's something. [ Which makes her feel pathetic. She can admit she has a problem at least? ]

"Hmmm... well I think you've taken the first step in feeling more comfortable by just talking about it, don't you agree!?" Estelle commented, giving Hazel a warm smile.

"I think something like this is a gradual process~ Even if you're not comfortable with it still, you can try to get used to it little by little? Well, as long as you have someone to talk to about it of course~!"

Yeah, it does help a little. [ The smile she returns is only a bit forced. ] Thanks for listening.

It's probably because they're both airheads that don't introduce themselves until some solution is arrived at.
