[The video feed starts rather interestingly (and accidentally), in a crash of limbs as Iris wakes up and scrambles away from the blue and red dragon she'd just been sleeping on. The dragon who is now taking more notice.

Iris backs away, wary. Or should we say, Loki does. That adult, mature expression doesn't exactly fit right on that face, does it?]

It's not my fault this time. Whatever happened, I assume no responsibility. [Somewhat quieter, he adds-] I don't remember getting that drunk, anyway.

[It's now, as she's looking around the room, that she realises that the video has been on. She frowns, picks it up, and debates the pros and cons before staring straight into it.]

I'm not sure what happened here, but I have reason to believe that these are not mine. If someone knows where an Emolga answering to the name of 'Thor' and a Phione answering to 'Drofn' are, with a green-and-gold bag, could they respond to this message? Thank you.

[As though the feed hadn't potentially shown an extremely embarrassing moment.]

The phione seem to have acted as a trigger of sorts for the hatch of a related pokemon known as Manaphy- the Prince of the Seas..! The only think I know that's capable of this though is... [Hnnn...] ...I think it's called 'Heart Swap'; if that's the case it should wear off with time. As it is, it at least explains the eggs scattered around. Phione were thought to be caretakers to Manaphy after all- I think Manaphy himself may have a trainer this time around however, so I doubt they'll need to take that role...

[Otogi apparently REALLY LIKES TALKING right now...]

[Loki nods throughout this, actually listening. Who knows when any of it might become useful.]

I see. At least I can safely say that I am not unused to being in a form not my own, but I can see where this causes a certain amount of panic among the populace.

At the moment, I can't be sure; heart swap only lasts a limited amount of time on pokemon- a few moments actually- but on humans... [Hnnnn...]

I would guess that even if it was permanent, the source would get word of the issue and rectify it with a second go- it's not too difficult in that regard, particularly if the phione are acting as target points, [he adds with a look toward Bill's own.]

Hm. [Intently watching the video feed.] Yes. I've been noticing that trend.

By now she's seen Iris' video post and knows that something is amiss, but her ears are still twitching in a way that implies complete bafflement anyway. Jade herself, on the other hand, just looks mildly confused and somewhat concerned!]
