EVENT - Pokemon attacking and stuff

So. It's morning, in winter. It's a nice time, nice and cool. Well, cold, but whatever. This is a short part, because the majority of this EVENT OPENING will be in comments below this.

So yeah. Pokemon are wrecking shit, looking for you guys from other universes.

[She hadn't even had a chance to post to the network that old guy had mentioned after arriving in Nimbasa. With her Torkoal at her side, she did her best to avoid the attacking Pokemon. They came at her, attacked her, but nothing stuck and she trucked on to find a place that was safe.

She looked more than a little out of place, wearing an over-sized red jacket, sandals, and a miniskirt (http://media.dollhouse.com/media/386/977/files/3869778.jpg) in winter. In her defense, though, it hadn't been winter back in California. After a few moments of running and not getting very far, she realized she'd have to fight if she wanted to get anywhere.

She took a deep breath, glanced down at her Torkoal, and faced one of the evil Goletts trying to attack her.]

Uh, alright- Smokey, do something. [Her Torkoal didn't hesitate and took that 'something' as the go-ahead to use Ember. It ... didn't do much damage. ]

Of course Ember won't help! [Suddenly, a girl is shouting at you. A young girl, with her fluffbat known as Woobat.] They're Ground/Ghost types! If only I had a Swanna... Come on, we've got to run and find help! [If that's the case, why is this girl just standing there, shouting (with Jade nearby but i'm not her mun so whatever you just get iris and stuff for now maybe :p)]

Run where? There's nowhere to go. [A Baltoy divebombs into her shoulder. It doesn't do anything to her and she beats it off, roughly throwing it to the ground. Screw Pokemon, man. Why don't they like her? ;u;]

[That question caught Iris off-guard... she'd just been running from this. But within a few seconds, she got an answer!]
...To the gym! The Gym Leader here is pretty strong, after all! She'll be able to help all of us! [Except she's an electric-type Gym Leader, Iris.] Or we could go to a stadium full of strong people... or maybe the Gear Station... just away from here! Some of them have Ice Punch! [ICE PUNCH.]

[It took Kassi a little while to realize that Ice Punch was not the same thing as iced punch, which had thrown her off for a few seconds while she digested what Iris said. She had two choices: follow this girl and reach safety or stay out here on her own and face an unknown fate.

It didn't take her long to reach a decision. She really had nothing to lose following this young girl.]

Let's go to that stadium. [It seemed safer than a gym. She forces herself to stay calm; keeping a level head was important.] Where is it?

Man, she's fast. Speed EVs maybe??? You'd better hurry to keep up, Kassi!]
