Interesting, this is a text.] That's a good question- most have probably assumed it was. Supposedly the Entralink was only ever meant to bring pokemon from a separate 'dreamworld', not people. The idea of something tied to an entirely separate species being manipulated into that is harder to grasp.

There is currently no evidence that would tell us exactly what caused it. An unspecified error seems suspicious to me.
