[ Here's a close-up of Hazel trying to figure out the Xtransceiver. She looks a little different. For one she's wearing a dark green hooded cape. And she looks even more unsure of herself. She's also annoyed with her device. ]

Hate. This. Thing.

[ No, she doesn't realize she managed to turn it on. She's somehow gotten to the top of a very large tree and is kinda alternating between spying on Accumula Town and trying to make sense of the Xtransceiver manual. ]

(OOC: She's not exactly human right now and remembers Unova a little differently. She's got some pointy ears hidden under that hood and technology isn't really a thing in her AU world. She's still got some nifty powers but, they're more nature based. She has some healing ability and slight control of plants with her Unova reduced powers. Can't control grass pokemon though she might be able to feel their emotions. She's also very wary of humans. Still adores her Eevee though.)

[Here. Have Dragonite. Who's... actually got a nickname with this weird AU thing happening. She also looks a bit different... less scary? Yeah. (Also she totally has her wings, pressed against her body in anger, because I like teasing the real Dragonite about them ahaha.)
Of course, she still sucks with technology, but she's a bit better. Her old trainer had a PokeGear, after all!]

[ The voice startles her into dropping the Xtransceiver since she still didn't realize it was on. She'll just look down at it for a minute before she starts climbing down the tree. ]

[Dragonite then lets out a curious... well, whine-like sound, as she tries to sniff at the other person. D-did she break them?

[ Hazel hops off the tree a few feet from the ground and picks up the Xtransceiver. It's upside-down at first. ]

So, it's on?

[ It takes her a bit to notice she's not holding it upright and flip it over. She's not sure whether she'll be heard so, feels a bit silly talking into it.]

[She tries to hold the thing so that both her and the Eevee can see. ]
