Yuuma had been fiddling with his X-Transceiver for a fair bit since arriving at this place, with a bare minimum amount of luck in regard to what it did really. At last, it seemed however, he got the video on. ...Though anyone watching would probably be more in the loop than anyone there, given that speaking to thin air could now be attributed to speaking to...

Someone off screen. Yea. "Is it on? Is it on..?" The light on the device blinked, and Yuuma grinned widely at the screen. "Aaaaaahh! Finally..! Between showing up here in my pajamas... And finding out no one duels..."

A sudden idea though- Not that any one can hear it. "Nn. Yuuma. Perhaps, if this gathering of dimensions is common..."

"Ah, right!" Yuuma, who are you talking to. There is nothing there. "Is there anyone else out there that plays duel monsters..? We should definitely duel! Definitely!"

"...Yuuma, we do not have the full deck with us, if you recall. Only the numbers cards."

"Eh. Well... Then... ...We could at least talk about it..!!" One would almost wonder how long he would be able to simply talk about something without doing something really...

At that moment however, mid-way his pleading rant, a third (really, second to most) joined the on-screen crew by means of jumping atop her trainer's head. ...And throwing said trainer completely off balance. "AA- WUAAAAAHHH-"

"Zoooo! Rrf!" Surprise attack- success!

"Aahh!! Get off!! You're pulling my hair..!!" The screen flies this way and that way, but it doesn't seem to turn off...

All there is now though is- "Zoo! Zoo!" "AAAHH!!!" "Zoo!!" ". . ."

...And the occasional blur of red and black.

It took a few moments of prying an overly cheerful zorua off his face, but he managed- "WUAH!" With a loud gasp of air thanks to an earlier attempt being blocked by fluff. "Heehhhhh... What's wrong with you..."

"Zoo!"

"Eh?" Yuma looked at the screen, blinking. "Oh- I'm alright! She's a bit of a pain, but nothing I can't handle!" Look at that grin! Well, he's certainly positive about it.

Astral seems to be interested in something on the other end himself- not that he's saying anything for the moment, though it's likely he didn't miss Elgyem's interest.

But hey, Yuma's the one talking. "Thanks for asking..! You on a 'pokemon journey' or whatever too?" H-He'll get the term right, trust him! (Besides, it DOES sound exciting...)

He pulled back away from the screen with a smirk. Hey, he always likes the positive ones!

"Good, then! It'd be a bit of a letdown to be actually mauled by your starter, eh? My own isn't quite as excitable." He nudged the Elgyem with his shoulder, and she quickly hid behind it.

"As for the Pokemon journey part-- Oh, well, of course I am! I'm always up for adventure, you know! Even if I'm sort of thrown in unannounced." He grinned. "I'm the Doctor, by the way! And this here is Astrid." So he said, nodding to the Elgyem. The Pokemon's green eyes peered shyly out from behind his shoulder. "You a newcomer, then? What's your name?"

"Yea! I just got here- My name is Yuma Tsukumo, and this Is..." He picked up the Zorua, grinning despite the fox pokemon's slightly confused expression. " Ah..." Oops. Forgot about this. "I think I'm going to call her Kuribolt..."

"...Zo?"

Astral made a slight face from behind at that, which Yuma chose to ignore. "It's nice to meet you..! Maybe we'll run into each other sometime!"

"...They might be nearby."

"Eh, you think?" Who are you- "Ah- Where are you, 'Doctor'?" Apparently, when one of your 'friends' (he considers him a friend at least) is called 'Shark', calling someone the Doctor without question is also normal.

"Yuma Tsukumo!" he repeated. It sounded Japanese... Then again, he could never be too sure. "Good to meet you too, Yuma Tsukumo!"

His eyebrows arched at the question, and he scratched his head. "Me? Ohh, one of the routes, yeah... Route, Route, Route..." He mouthed some numbers silently, before coming up with his answer: "Route 5! Yes, five! Been sort of... walking back and forth on these routes for a bit. Don't want to miss anything, you know."

"Route 5... We're still on route one, ahahahaha..." Whoops. "What's it like over there?"
