[ Aww, look. It's a Phione playing with a Buizel in a fountain by the entrance to Nimbasa City.

The camera stays focused on their antics when Hazel starts to speak. Quietly so she doesn't disturb the playing critters and she sounds just a bit disappointed at first. ]

I missed the contest. Wasn't really ready for it anyway. Guess I'll just hang around near here until the next one.

[ She was probably ready enough for the lowest level of it at least. Self confidence? What's that? Random subject change time. ]

So, is it weird that random watery Pokémon want to play with my Phione? Buizel aren't even found here normally, are they?

[ A few seconds of just the Pokémon playing. ]

They look like they're having fun. I guess I really shouldn't be letting them play in the fountain though.

[ Not that she really has any control over what the wild Buizel does. ]

Ah-- Phione are normally seen as legendaries.
['sup. Cilan's on Route 3 - he's got his Pansage resting on him, of course, and a Breloom hopping along in the background.]
They're the children of Manaphy, the Prince of the Sea. This must be a wonderful time for water-types!
[Plus all these water-types are great for training! Mono-grass forever.]

[ She's moved so her back is to the fountain. Cloud can be seen sitting on the edge watching the baby Phione play. ]

Oh. I would have expected something more... impressive from something legendary.

Some legendaries do look quite unimpressive, true. But some of the most unimpressive are some of the strongest...
[Phione isn't, though. But then, a different topic!]

[ Perhaps she was going to comment more on Phione but... She's interrupted when Cloud gets out of the way of an especially energetic splash from the playful Pokémon. Yep, she was right in the path of it and... didn't have a chance to move. ]

Eeeeak! Cold!

[ Just give her a minute to recover from her unexpected drenching and remember that she was just asked a question. Phione and the Buizel are now staring at her from the rim of the fountain. ]
