Evade! [Absol stays still for a moment, trying to judge the trajectory of the attack, then sidesteps and leaps aside, avoiding what seems to be the brunt of the attack--] Now, Pursuit! [-- but it's not so simple. The attack is unavoidable and seems to rebound after Absol, striking it again. Taken off guard, the Pokemon gives a catlike yowl. Still, the succeeded hit seems to spur it forward with rage; it keeps on with the Pursuit attack, surging forward through the sparks left by the Thunderbolt.

N winces. If this attack doesn't succeed, this round will be over for him. Absol leaps at Pikachu, readying a downward arc of its sickle.]
